gdwon3 Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and gdwon3 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the gdwon3 online gaming platform, accessible athttps://gdwon3.cam ("the Platform"). The Platform offers online casino games, sports betting, live casino tables, and related gaming entertainment services.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on gdwon3, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

gdwon3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — the gdwon3 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at https://gdwon3.cam.
• "Account" — a registered user account created on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" — any individual who registers an Account or accesses the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed on a game outcome, sporting event, or casino product on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive awarded by gdwon3 to a Player.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process, as described in Section 4.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winings is permitted.
• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable local laws.

To register and maintain an Account on gdwon3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. gdwon3 strictly prohibits the registration of accounts by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is mandatory and may be requested at any time.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of accessing the Platform from your jurisdiction.
5. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through gdwon3 or any third-party responsible gambling programme.
6. You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or close associate of gdwon3 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) Account only. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. gdwon3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of this information at any time.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at other times at gdwon3's discretion, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting:

• A valid photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad (IC), Driver's License, or Passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence, issued within the preceding three months); and
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by gdwon3 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of suspected fraud, the full suspension of your Account. Verification documents must be submitted through the secure encrypted upload facility on the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. gdwon3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep login details confidential. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.

The Platform is made available to you for personal entertainment purposes only. All use of gdwon3 must comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and the reasonable instructions issued by gdwon3 from time to time. Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You may only access the Platform for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorised by gdwon3.
• You must not attempt to exploit, circumvent, or otherwise manipulate any aspect of the Platform, including but not limited to game mechanics, bonus systems, or payment processes.
• You acknowledge that gdwon3 and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, its content, graphics, software, and game titles.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from gdwon3.
• All wagering activity on the Platform must be conducted in good faith using your own funds, free from any form of deception, collusion, or coordinated betting strategy designed to manipulate outcomes.

gdwon3 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate real-money deposits. Accepted deposit methods include:Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method. Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden currency conversion charges for MYR-denominated accounts. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes to clear.

All funds deposited into your gdwon3 Account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account holder differs from the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate compliance review.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method held in the same name as the registered gdwon3 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business hours depending on the receiving bank.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification (see Section 4);
• Any active Bonus funds must have met the stated Wagering Requirement in full;
• Your requested withdrawal must not exceed the applicable single-transaction limit for your chosen withdrawal method;
• Your Account must be in good standing with no unresolved compliance flags or disputes.

gdwon3 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud prevention systems. In such cases, processing may be delayed by up to 48 hours. Players will be notified by email or live chat if a withdrawal is subject to extended review.

Cryptocurrency withdrawals (BTC, USDT) are subject to prevailing network fees and blockchain confirmation times. gdwon3 is not liable for delays arising from third-party blockchain network congestion.

gdwon3 offers various promotional incentives including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback offers, Referral Rewards, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the following general rules:

• Each Player is entitled to one Welcome Bonus package per Account. Any attempt to claim a new-player bonus on duplicate or related Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for Account suspension.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus funds must satisfy the stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within30 calendar days of the Bonus being credited. Unused Bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of this period.
• gdwon3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a Player has already opted into a promotion, existing entitlements will be honoured subject to these Terms.
• Bonuses may carry game-type restrictions (e.g., Sports Betting wagers may not contribute to slot Wagering Requirements, or vice versa). Specific contribution rates are stated individual promotion terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk offseting bets to fulfil Wagering Requirements — will result in the voiding of the Bonus and any derived winnings.

gdwon3 offers a diverse range of gaming products including slot games, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), sports betting (football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, tennis, badminton), lottery, arcade games, and live fishing games. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the respective game or betting interface.

All games on the Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair, unpredictable, and statistically valid outcomes. Live casino games are broadcast from professionally operated studios and are subject to the rules of the respective live game provider.

For sports betting markets, gdwon3 reserves the right to void, suspend, or adjust any market in the event of: match abandonment or postponement; eroneous odds publication; integrity concerns raised by governing sports bodies; or where a clear technical error has occurred in odds calculation.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories. Limits may vary by game, table, market, and Account status. gdwon3 may, at its sole discretion, adjust bet limits for individual Players where justified by risk management or responsible gambling considerations.

gdwon3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide Players with a suite of self-management tools, available through the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion are available. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Players under self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent this restriction by creating new accounts.

Players who believe their gambling may be causing personal, financial, or social harm are encouraged to seek assistance from dedicated support organisations. We encourage any Player in need to reach out for help — gambling should remain entertainment, not a source of distress.

gdwon3 strictly enforces its 21+ minimum age policy. Any Player who is found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account suspended immediately and relevant authorities will be notified as required.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or KYC documentation;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;
• Using the Platform for the benefit of a third party, including accepting funds from third parties to wager;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report any identified errors to support;
• Using any automated, artificial intelligence-assisted, or mechanical means to interact with games or betting markets;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated strategy designed to defraud gdwon3;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards gdwon3 staff or other Platform users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or underlying systems.

gdwon3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The Player has breached these Terms or any applicable law;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal purposes;
• The Account has been registered in violation of the eligibility criteria in Section 3;
• Continuing to allow the Account to operate would expose gdwon3 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, gdwon3 will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days. Players whose Accounts are subject to a compliance hold will be notified via the registered email address. Funds held in suspended Accounts will remain ring-fenced during the investigation period.

Where an Account is permanently closed as a result of a material breach of these Terms, gdwon3 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. Where closure is at the Player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to any breach, remaining real-money balances (net of any active Bonus) will be returned to the Player via the most recent deposit method, subject to KYC completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gdwon3 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

gdwon3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

gdwon3 accepts no liability for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures on the Player's end; device incompatibility; third-party payment processing delays or failures outside gdwon3's reasonable control; or circumstances constituting force majeure including acts of God, regulatory intervention, or cyberattacks.

Nothing in these Terms limits gdwon3's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by gdwon3 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gdwon3 processes personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, and as required by applicable law or regulatory authorities.

You have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests may be directed to our support team at the contact details in Section 16.

gdwon3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice through one or more of the following means: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage; an email notification to the registered address on your Account; or an in-platform notification upon login.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.

gdwon3 maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms. Players who wish to review a prior version may submit a request to our support team.
